Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs is pleased to announce winning artist for Orange County’s Innovation Lab is Michael Vasquez of St. Petersburg, Florida. Michael’s inventive design layers murals and canvases, with additional layers of augmented reality.

They received 234 amazing applications. The proposals they received were astounding, and as different from each other as the east is from the west. In this new innovative world we live in the possibilities are endless.

They look forward to seeing the finished work unveiled in the summer of 2026.
