Terry Olson Retiring From Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs

After 23 years of service to Orange County, Terry Olson is planning to retire in May.

Mr. Olson was hired in November 2001 as the first administrator of the new Arts & Cultural Affairs Office. Since then, Orange County’s support of arts and culture has greatly expanded in both the amount of annual investment of Tourist Development Tax (TDT) funding and in the breadth of programs the office supports.

Mr. Olson plans to stay active in the arts community and is eager to support the smooth transition of his successor into this important role.
